I noticed you left a comment on Hartline22 profile to assign partners. She is partially suspended and can not assign partners. I would advise dropping out of ALL swaps she is hosting.
I see that you have the I pledge to Rate button on your profile. So there should not be anyone having to ask for ratings, right? I would suggest that you slow down and rate any outstanding swaps before you join more swaps. Also sending the late ones is a great idea. Sorry to see you have had problems. Just takes things one step at a time and you can get caught up with this. Good Luck.
