My wonderful husband and I recently welcomed our first little one in February, so I may not be on here much for a little while.

I'm really looking forward to being a stay at home, nursing, cloth diapering, baby-wearing, homeschooling, DIY mamma :)

I enjoy reading, writing letters, sketching and painting, crocheting, cooking, gardening, watching movies and collecting autographs.

I love history. Time periods I find most interesting: Regency England, Colonial America, Victorian/Edwardian England/America, and WWII (anything really).

I collect 'fun' socks (US women's size 9), Peeps memorabilia, MAS*H (the TV show, not the moive) Memorabilia, recipes (and I already mentioned autographs)

I'd like to find new friends to swap letters (the longer the better), postcards, recipes, fbs and lbs with.

I am a Christ-follower (really don't like the label 'Christian' because so many people use the term very flippantly these days).

I would rather not be sent anything Wiccan, Twilight, occult, Harry Potter or Halloweeny.

I've no food allergies.

I really like just about any color, except olive green or shades really close to it.

I'm a big fan of Wallace and Gromit, Anne of Green Gables and the Horatio Hornblower movies (starring Ioan Gruffudd). I also love Charlie Brown :)

My sweetie is very much into Disney's Cars, so anything sent with Cars theme will be passed along.

Ratings I always try to rate right when I receive.

I am very fair. If you're gonna be late just give me a heads up and it shouldn't be a problem. Life happens. On the flip side, if you don't contact me, I have no problem rating a 1 or 3, I hate to do it, but please communicate!

I am decorating in green pears, Christian themed art (Scriptures especially), Brown/sky or robin's egg blue and lime/kiwi green.

Scents....I love fruity/sporty/vanilla/spicy scents....not keen on super flowery things.
