About Me

*Note: I'm in Japan. All my swaps are sent & I have rated everyone from all my recent swaps.

I'm a 20-something girl living in Florida. I have a Bachelor's Degree. I work at a local Elementary school.

I love postcards & pressed pennies! I recently started back up with my postcard collection. I got my first postcard when I was 3. And I still have it =)

I'm new to swapping. I usually pick up a few postcards when I travel. I love to travel & learn about new cultures & places.

Wishlist

The type of postcards I like are:

  • Tourist type postcards (with the name of the State or Country on the front)

  • Map Cards- [ I just started collecting ]

( Looking for New & unwritten Map Cards from:

Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Indianna, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah,Vermont,Wisconsin, or Wyoming. )

  • Also looking for International map cards. OR-
  • Historical places
  • Postcards with a cute bunny, puppy or Koala on it.
  • Anything Sanrio (my favorite is Cinnamoroll & Hello kitty dressed as a bunny)

*I prefer my postcards to be unwritten (mint condition) & mailed in an envelope. (if swap calls for that)

Don't care for...

  • Artsy
  • Vintage
  • Ad/Free
  • Flowers

  • Animals ( I love animals but I don't collect postcards with them on it unless they are really cute or a rabbit, koala, or puppy on them)

  • Postcards from Florida (I have too many)

  • Pressed pennies from a zoo or aquarium.

Regarding Swaps

*I do my best to send things my partners on swap-bot would like. I might even send a PM to get ideas. I'm new so I don't have a big selection to pull from. But if you don't bother writing back I will just send whatever.

*I hope that if you're my partner you would at least check my profile before sending a swap.

Response: hehe..glad my postcard brought back some fond memories =) I was there for a month in Aug. Two of my best friends live there. One lives in Norfolk while the other lives in Virginia Beach.
