Favorite Music

I love many different types of music. My likes range from James Brown to T.I. to Carrie Underwood to Celine Dion. Some of my favorites are....The Cranberries, Ray LaMontagne, Metric, Jack Savoretti, Ingrid Michaelson, Florence and the Machine, Blue October, Brand New..I'll name more later. I love so many musicians. Music can determine your mood, express how you feel and I LOVE music.

Favorite Books

I've just recently become a reader. Books never really interested me until THE TWILIGHT SAGA. Yes yes, I know there are many of you who love it and many who hate it. For me, It inspired me to enjoy books and reading. I'm currently reading My Blood Approves. I wont go into all the favorites...

Favorite Movies

Not into chick flicks much. I do enjoy them but the predictability is usual a let down. Here are a few that I love...

Things I love:

My sister loves all things with owls. In my search for items for her, I have become a huge fan. Love owls, koala bears, pandas, shar pei puppies and butterlfies. My favorite colors are red, white and black. I love the greeting cards that make you laugh really hard. I wear flip flops alll the time...even in the winter sometimes. My favorite place in the world so far is Colorado. The mountains make me enjoy life so much more. Love to read especially on my new iPad. The smells I love can be weird but some are normal...a tire store, gas, paint, pumpkin, spices, vanilla, anything sweet. Love a good cry...so any book, movie, television show that accomplishes that goal is genius! Candles make me relaxed. My favorite thing to do is decorate my home. Favorite stores are Victoria's Secret, Target and The Container Store!

Things I dislike:

  • PINK!!!
    • Floral Prints
    • Pastel colors
    • Anything "Victorian" looking
    • Won't use stickers so please don't send them.
    • Nothing sour

Note to swappers!!

I am not a flacker. I quickly signed up for three journal swaps not knowing how much work it would be. Lots of personal things have been going on and creating a journal is much more time consuming than going out and purchasing an item. For the moment, I wil, only be joining easy, less time consuming swaps.

My you remind me so much of my daughter... I just did her wedding in red, black and white.. I have seen Dirty Dancing by osmosis 100 times when she lived at home...lol . She also is a target fan and likes some of the same music as you... Interesting....Well I like Black and Burgandy, I love to shop at boutiques and I love metal and hip hop music. Im glad you like the twighlight saga.. Im a teacher and love those books or hate them...they encourage people to read. It remids me of the Harry potter series... But I do agree with you about liking Dirty Dancing and Panda Bears, and dislking chick flicks. Give me a good mystery story on my Kindle or a good action movie.
