i have reached the conclusion that unless i send registered mail, swap-bot is a waste of money, because the postoffice is again loosing my mail. i end up sending registered anyway,and having lost envelopes with stuff that were supposed to make people happy,I end up unhappy .yes, I'm upset. so please be patient until my resent swaps arrive. I always put quality about quantity, so I do not remake swaps in a hurry. if you prefer soemthign made fast but probably not so inspired,please let me know. so less swaps , more registered mail = more happy people .

Hi! My name is Julie, I'm 27 years old. It´s been ages since I´ve been in the swapping world and since I´ve heard about this website, but have joined only this year. I´ve been about 13 years old when I started penpalling(and never stopped,just slowed down), and my pals slowly introduced me to more and more swaps. I started with low quality FBs and taped decos (and did also slams and labelbags and such) and now I only do HQ FBs and art-decos (sometimes taped too, I like to help move those on, but I don´t have that much time for them too).

I love art! I´ve studied Fine arts in highschool, from drawing in pencil and charcoal to painting, modeling clay (this not that much though) and having fashion design as a speciality. But because of teachers here and other facts, I studied something else at University and Master´s degree.

I love photography, drawing, painting, shopping for art supplies (all sorts), making decos and greeting cards, sometimes jewelery (I am still learning a lot and gathering more and more supplies). I have been in love with sewing for as long as I have been on Earth, but never had enough patience to sew something (clothes) with a ...pattern. I alter and fix stuff mostly, or do it from scratch on..me(clothes). And l love doing other random stuff, like little gift bags/pouches, I did make-up pouches, a stuffed dog for my dog...etc.

I love dancing, animals, lightnings and thunders, stars, music, travelling, horses, dogs,rabbits, hobbies, mail, reading books, shopping (art making and letter supplies, books, sometimes clothes), foreign languages,drinking tea and shopping for tea, tea mugs, candles, scented stuff, licorice everything (except hard candy),pumpkin pie, white hot chocolate,honey,etc. I´m a very open-minded person, and I love trying new things! but I don´t like dangerous stuff...like bungee jumping :P

If you wonder what I'm dancing the most, it is Argentinean tango. I love everything about tango :) I am a dedicated dancer though I have my times of breaks when...you know..life happens!

am allergic to Hyacinthus orientalis (though I doubt you might be sending me something smelling like this specific flower). Luckily am not highly allergic to it, so don't worry! I will survive a clogged nose and possibly other small symptoms.

Also, I always rate! if something is not rated, there must be a serious reason, please contact me! I might be away / on holidays/ not able to reach my postal box but I most surely will keep close to an internet connection....or your swap is lost. be patient anyway, it's ..snailmail...

And, very important, if you're going to be late, let me know. I do not look at the send date when rating (even my postoffice stamps the envelope later than when I put it in the box) - as the mail anyway takes a long time , unless it takes wayyy too much time (like..months?!). I prefer you being late (and I won't rate down) and telling me , than getting a sloppy swap.

recently I got a lot of mail lost (swaps I sent). Please have patience with me and the mail monster, I am always resending what has been lost.

p.s.: because I do care about my swaps and the swaps did have a certain time alloted to make them, I also do not usually finish re-making them in record time (1-2 days) as I do not want to send something sloppy. please be patient and allow me a bit of time. thank you!

Hand Drawn or Painted ATC - both ATCs lost (like all other mail sent togethher with this one - lost) had been rated 1 for 1 of these though I have been the one who contacted first to ask if maybe they forgot to rate or lost. but i can understand they did that in order to archive the swap...I don't do this though, unless i get no replies. anyway - for group Founders/officers... the postoffice lost lots of my swaps last year. you can see my swap comments and ratings, I do not flake or such. and since resending i do it registered,which gets to be expensive per total... Otherwise, on stuff that did get there on first try,you can ask people to look at the stamp dates, i do send on time ... and i intend on keeping my high rating...or i will give up swap-bot because the postoffice will make me to) postoffice stamp date : 19.02

update on the 1: Swap returned, reason:address number not valid. will resend again once the user clears the situation with her postoffice/ mailman 2nd update: 1 removed, no rating (thank you!) . User gave me the incomplete street number hence the swap was marked archived at the time of resending. I will scan and resend again...
