Comment: I am rating a 3 because: unfortunatly things did not go very well, it was very late, I recieved a while after I inquired about not getting it,not a friendly attitude.Then I had to pay $1.56 postage due to get it - I would of been better off not paying and letting it be returned to her.It was very lumpy due to lots of chipboard stuffed in the pockets. Again not friendly or cooperative when I informed her it cost me to get it, and she did not make good on it.

Comment: Thank you for sending. I'm sure it was lovely; but because of the post office's mishandling of it, I will never know. It arrived as just one half of an empty envelope. I can't believe they actually delivered it that way.
