Thanks for the invite to the group (might have been a different host but I clicked on your name) while reading your profile i felt somewhat connected to your line about depression being a real illness as many people seem to think oh get over yourself and cheer up and I kinda did myself till it hit me and it has controlled my life for close to 2 years now of course got worse to where I didn't want to go no where , speak to friends, missed things at my kids schools (which I've always been the mom at field trips and every class get together) controlled everything and im still battling with it but ive decided to not let it define me anymore and with the support of a wonderful fiance have been pushing myself to be normal and ive found by getting into things i enjoy and making myself start something i look forward to it and get a sense of relief that I'm able to move in the right direction without being on medicine as ive tryed not to need a medicine as it scares me taking something to control my mind or feelings but thanks for putting a difficult time in your life on your profile so people see it truly effects anyone and you can beat it and come out on top regardless how you may feel at the time! I truly wish you all the best in you journey called life and I hope that depression is the past for you and is on its way out of my life completely (which I definitely am 100 percent different and better then 6 months ago and feeling more like myself everyday I strive to find myself again) I know swapbot will help me get back into the things enjoy the most by giving me a reason to be crafty, getting mail (not bills) always makes me smile, and gives me a deadline to insure even if feeling down i know someone is counting on me and I don't like letting people down and I plan on using swapbot for a long time so my ratings are important and hope to one get the best ratings and to do i must try and work towards something ! Thanks again and truly hope the best for you and anyone that your illness touched and happy swapping!
