Things are calming down in our household; still working to complete swaps. Thanks for the understanding and nice notes. Looking forward to a great 2010 and swapping.

I enjoy a variety of crafts - sewing, cards, scrapbooking, altered books, counted cross-stitch, collage, miniatures, journals, embroidery, soft dolls, mixed-media, etc. I have been crafting my entire life, and I currently enjoy making handmade cards. Crafts are creative therapy for me.

I am a newbie to Swaps, but anxious to get started. :) Not so much a newbie; but definitely having fun!

My name is Patty, and I am married to my honey bunny, Lee. I have 2 stepdaughters, 2 stepsons, and 1 son -- who is my world. We live in the KC area, on the Kansas side. We built our dream home almost 3 years ago, and are thoroughly enjoying living here. Currently, I am a SAHMW as I lost my job in April 2009. I have worked all my life in various positions, and I am now enjoying the time at home with the family (and my crafts). We have a 2 1/2 year old male Doberman. Smoke-Free/Cat-Free Home!

Things I Love: anything craft or sewing related: (rubber stamps, ink, emobssing powder, yarn, felt, fabric, buttons, beads, ribbon, charms, thread, fibers, paper, brads, embroidery floss, embellishments, stickers…), stationery, blank notecards, office supplies and address labels, sharpies or markers, fine point pens, used postage stamps, vintage, shabby chic or retro things/patterns or Victorian ephemera, traveling and family vacations, music, movies, jewelry (pierced earrings, bracelets, necklaces), internet,peanut butter and chocolate, fried chicken, Mickey Mouse & Disney World.
