I've never done ATCs, although I'd like to try some time. I'd never thought of list-making as an actual skill, but reading your profile got me thinking about it and you're right - there is definitely a skill to making lists and I've done way better on projects where I spent a little time and got a good list of tasks and/or materials together first.
