I am 42 years old and married. We have two kids (16 girl and 11 boy). We live in the country in a small rural town. I like a quiet, simple, conservative lifestyle. I don't like cities, loud noise, crowds, etc.

I like Country music. I really only listen to music in the car on the radio so sending a CD wouldn't work well for me.

I like old fashioned or Amish type cookbooks. No modern convenience foods, microwave or bread machine types. I read suspense and mysteries or occasionally sci fi romances. I like organic gardening, homesteading, natural living books as well.

I like "end of the world" type movies like Storm of the Century and Day After Tomorrow. I like movies with killer bees, bats, sharks, giant bugs that eat people, volcanoes, floods, tornados, etc. I'll do the occasional spooky movies as long as it isn't too gory or have santanic/demonic overtones. VHS or DVD is fine by me.

I like some of the movies on SCIFI and some of the shows on the Discovery Channel and the History Channel. I strongly dislike soap operas, reality shows, sitcoms, anything full of disgusting language, nudity or off color jokes.

The only craft supplies I can really use right now are House Mouse rubber stamps.

Mystical items, Halloween items, goth/emo/dark type items, dollar store items, nic nacs, plastic, holiday decorations, coffee, things that smell like smoke, perfume, teacher/reward stickers, stationary (I have tons), alcohol, alcohol flavorings, gambling, make up, nail polish. Free stuff you get in the mail. Used/worn things.

I really, really, really dislike things from the dollar store. I would rather have one nice item than 5 items from the dollar store. Please do not send them to me as they will go straight on Freecycle.

International is harder because sometimes it can take so long. Please do not make your want list so specific that there is no way I am going to find something to send you on there. I am in a small rural town. I do NOT have access to lots of tiny specialty stores. Most swaps do not have a long enough time for me to order something online & have it arrive & get to you in time not to be late.
