I hate to admit it, but I am a TV junkie. I have childhood memories wrapped around TV shows of the time...Love Boat, Gilligan's Island, Wonder Woman and Brady Bunch...I know very cheesy.

I currently enjoy watching..Law and Order, CSI, Without a Trace, Grey's Anatomy (love it), Amazing Race, Project Runway and Top Chef (love them), HGTV

I love sewing, paper crafting, some jewelry making, beginning altered arts, beginning collage, re-purposing thrift finds, painting projects....but mainly sewing.

I am a married mother of two teenage daughters (currently 17 & 15), three furbabies (dogs) and a rescued sparrow that is now our pet. At my day job, I am a executive assistant/event planner and by night and weekends I design and create handbags. I enjoy creating purses out of vintage fabrics and vintage-inspired fabrics.

I like to thrift and antique shop and I have corrupted my daughters as well. My youngest can create a $10 outfit that any fashion magazine would die for.

I moved from California to the Missouri Ozarks about 5 years ago. I was born in a large city and now live on a family farm. On the farm we have donkeys, cows, sheep and goats. We have rescued a large part of the "herd". I probably will always be a "city girl" in the country, but I can shovel it with the best of them.

I like the shabby chic/vintage/cottage/beachy look. So I am drawn to lighter colors mainly. But I do love a great vintage red. In fact, my office is a light green with an accent wall of Martha Stewart "Ladybug" red. I seem to wear a lot of red and black. It's not a goth thing, just a skinny thing. :-)

I enjoy Disney (mainly Mickey Mouse, since he is my main man). If I had a choice between a vacation in Disney World, Mexico or Hawaii, I would choose Disney World. Even though I enjoy Disney, I prefer that my house not look like a Disney Store.

My favorite animal is the elephant. Their soulful eyes get me every time.

I enjoy all types of music...I like classic, opera, country, pop, classic rock, disco, some blue grass and big bands.

I also listen to NPR and some talk radio.

I'm not into gospel, Christian or alternative.
