Comment: sorry for the late rating, thank you for the stickers! i totally get you with struggling to count when starting crochet and knit projects. my trick is to use the safety pin style stitch counters to mark every 10-20 stitches i cast on or chain. makes it easier to go back and check, and i can count to 20 without loosing track of stitches a lot easier!

Thanks for sending along Tracy’s “cozy home” deco and Marika’s “peacocks” deco.
I go to a weekly craftgroup too. We mainly take our own stuff to workon, but there’s also a couple of ladies who teach a project. We have 5 weks blocks, so they fit in with school terms. We have the school holidays off. I think thats because some of the grandmothers look after grandkids or something - or maybe its just for a break!
Started going about 30 years ago and then had a break when the kids were in primary school and now back at it, but the location changed. I am still working on my boro inspired jacket. Was hoping to get it done before quilt encounter in sept, but that ‘s not going to happen!
