I made this swap for my daughter who always seems to feel left out when I get a swap package and there is nothing inside for her. I usually end up giving her a few things I do receive, but this time around I'm making a swap just for all of us swappers who have young kids at home, so they can get a package just for themselves! For this swap you will spend $10 on ten one dollar items in a dollar store. You can also find one dollar items in the toy sections of Wal-Mart and Target as well as The Dollar Store, so don't feel as though you are limited to just shopping at a dollar store per se. Each participant of this swap MUST make a post in the comments listing the age and gender of their child or children and a listing of some items they would enjoy receiving from a dollar store.
If you do not post a list you will be removed from the swap. Without a list, how is anyone supposed to know who they are shopping for or what they should buy? If your child has allergies please be sure to list those as well ( such as to certain foods or material ). You may list your child's name if you wish so your partner may include a personalized note. Please understand if you have more than one child you will only be receiving ten items for all the children in total. Not ten items for each child. Your partner will probably divide the items up evenly ( if you have two children, five items for each child, if you have three children you will probably get three items for each child and one item that all the children can share ). Please limit the age of your children to age fifteen and younger! Swappers - please try and wrap each item if you are sending to a child that is capable of unwrapping them. Kids love the thrill of unwrapping things and it gets them more excited about what is waiting for them in the box. NOW FOR THE RULES OF THIS SWAPThis swap is only open to swappers in the United States to save on the cost of shipping. Newbies will only be allowed to participate with a complete and detailed profile as well as two references. These can either be past swaps you have participated in but haven't been rated for yet, partners you have swapped with or an ebay account. Before signing up, message me with your references and I will check them out. If things look good, you'll be allowed to join! You must also have a valid email address! I will be sending an email to all the newbies who are allowed to participate five days before the swap closes. If you do not respond to this email or if it bounces back to me before the swap closes I will remove you from the swap no questions asked! All swappers must have a rating higher than a 4.5 and you must not have more than two no sends. If you feel this is unfair, contact me and we will discuss your participation!
