Note for fabric preferences for current swaps: I would love fabrics in blues, greens, and pinks if possible as I am building up those areas of my "stash", though I also like reds and purples. I would prefer no oranges, yellows, teals, or bright crazy colors. As I mostly quilt 100% cotton would be my preference. I love vintage looking fabrics and well as victorian floral looking fabrics.

I am 27 and a mom of three little ones (5, 4, & 2 year old). I enjoy reading, knitting, gardening, cooking (if someone else does the dishes) and a million and one other things. I love candles, bath stuff of all types (LUSH being my favorite! with any spa stuff a close second) , vanilla & red teas and anything that says "relaxing". I collect tea cups, and I especially like ones that have dainty floral prints or are solid white with embossed designs. Someone also just sent me a solid green one with dragonflys embossed on it that I LOVE!

I adore thrift store shopping, swapping and getting presents! I am the ultimate bargain hunter and am constantly out on the hunt! I tend to be somewhat chabby chic/classy in my house decor - think Martha Stewart/Pottery Barn - not that I ever shop there as it is completely out of my budget =). In case you need to know for some swap or other, here are my house colors: Living Room - Green, Kitchen - Stainless Steel & Blue (cobalt), Main Bathroom - Green (all shades) with leaves, Spare Bathroom - purple (all shades) with dragonflies, My bedroom - Blue (navy) & White I know they are all kind of the same. Sometimes I feel like everything in my house is blue, green, white or silver, but that is what my husband and I can agree on. =)

I love spending time with my husband and kids. We play lots of game (mostly European and anything new and different - Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Bang!, Polarity, San Juan, Lost Cities, Heave Ho! and too many more to list). My husband and I live in an old big house (built 1908) with two apartments off of it that we rent. It is constantly in need of fixing or redoing, so that take up a lot of my spare time. My husband is an assistant paster of our church. It is an Evangelical Friends (Quaker)church and we spend a lot of time with the people there.

I love to get all "dressed up" and go out. I am somewhat old fashioned in my ideas (My husband had to ask my dad if he could marry me for example). I love dancing and used to take Scottish country Dance lessons before I got married (couldn't talk my husband into coming with me and got too busy with little kids to continue). I love to laugh and have fun with people of like minds. I have very varied tastes and enjoy many things. My favorite colors are purples, greens, blues, burgundy/reds, black and white. I love old fashioned things, the victorian era, eyelet, and anything pretty and romantic. I love flowers, my current favorites being roses, lavender, sweet peas, carnations, and hydrangeas. I love fruit of all kinds and love soaps & lotions with fruit smells. I love to read and once I get hooked on a good book, all I want to do is read it! My poor family. =( Well, sorry for the LONG profile, as I have participated in more and more swaps I have wished that some people had more information on their profiles and then I kept ending up adding more and more.

Gardening and creating new designs for my flower beds and back yard, mosaics, sewing, knitting, organizing (is this a craft?) and learning new things. I am generally very crafty (in a good sense) and am always making some little thing or another. I currently have discovered these books "gifts in a jar" that are very fun to make & give away (and are good for kids to help with too).
