Description:

I know everyone's idea of tacky is different, but this swap will consist of fabric you think is tacky. Choose one fat quarter (approximately 18" x 22") of the tackiest cotton fabric you have. You can go buy a fat quarter if you don't allow tacky fabric in your stash!

Newbies are welcome, but please fill out your profile so we can get to know each other. All others are welcome if you have no 1 ratings (no-sends). That leaves out the flakers, of course! And please don't sign up if you can't fulfill your end of the swap.

Don't forget to jot a note with the swap name and your swap-bot handle to include with your fat quarter.

Let the tackiness begin!

I'm in but I just found this site an am not sure how it works. I have a few pieces of 'Tacky' fabric that was given to me. Let me know what I should do to participate. Thanks

Thank you for this swap, I already know which fabric I'm sending.

I am so excited to begin swapping. My mother and sister both are involved and have finally converted me.

watchin! Does it need to be a purchased fat quarter or can it be cut from a larger piece of my tacky fabric and be the size of a fat quarter?

Rivermaid 05/13/2009 #

Ha! I have the perfect what-was-i-thinking gag awful piece of fabric to contribute. Can't wait to see what I receive in return.

This could be fun - anyone know how much it costs to send a FQ?

LoveMuffins 05/13/2009 #

Hehe! I already know the PERFECT fabric... it was given to me and ohhh is it 'tacky' imo LOL

Michele360 05/14/2009 #

Feel free to cut fabric into fat quarter size (approximately 18" x 22").

One fat quarter ways less than a two ounces. So in theory you should be able to put it in an envelope and send it First Class for under a dollar (just like a letter). this should be fun.

Just putting it in the mail box now! ^_^;; sorry if a little late..

Sorry I missed your question mega54. Looks like you got it figured out, since you marked it sent. I hope everyone is enjoying their tacky fabric.
