About Me

Modern quilter, crafter, graphic designer, and all-around goofball. Wife to one and mom to two teenagers. Our miniature dachshund completes the family. Swap-bot has given me a chance to express myself in so many ways. ; )

Likes

Fabric, especially bright colors, batiks, novelty prints, 1930s reproductions, modern Japanese prints, vintage and retro, feed sacks, novelty, kitchen, type/fonts, numbers, and food prints. I also collect fabric selvages with the written words and color dots.

I love vintage and retro linens including printed tablecloths, aprons, unique handkerchiefs, embroidered pieces, comical pieces, etc.

Paper crafting supplies, ATC blanks, stationery, writing utensils, and office supplies.

Anything to do with cooking and grilling. I love to try new recipes, spices, techniques, etc.

I love anything handmade. If you make me something, I will absolutely love it! I'm not at all picky and I always love what anyone sends. Please send what you would like. I'm sure I'll adore it!

Dislikes

Mean people, snakes, and frozen green lima beans.

Wish List

Fabric Scraps (see above), Fabric Selvages, Buttons, Sewing Trims, Zippers, Vintage Linens or Linen Scraps to Re-purpose, ATC Scraps, Recipes, Spices, Writing Utensils, Tea, or Gummy Candy for my kids (okay, I'm addicted to them too!)

Chocolate doesn't travel well here. It's hot! I can freeze melted chocolate with some success.

Comment: LOVE it! I am not usually a traditional red/gree Christmas, but the batik is gorgeous, and i love the whimsical little buttons. Also, the crazy red background is fantastic!
