It's that time of year again!

Last year this went so well and the participants had so much fun that I thought we would do it again! Christmas is coming and these are DEFINITELY unique gifts!

This is what you'll do:

Get a padded bra with the underwire. Glue or sew the cups together to form a pouch. You can either remove the straps and reattach where you desire or leave them as is. Embellish the heck outta the bra and you end up with a very cute (and unique) handbag.

I made some of these for my girls and they LOVED them. They're big enough to carry a cell phone, lipstick and a coin purse (unless you use a Super Hooter bra, LOL)

These are so much fun to make! You can find cute bras at garage sales, thrify stores or perhaps you have one ot two in your closet that are too big or small. Whatever the source DO make sure the bra is clean and not all torn up and nasty.

You will have 2 partners. You will make 1 bra bag for each partner. Be creative and enjoy!

Oh, it's not my original idea, I don't know how I came across them but we did this last year and it was a blast! My partner was from Scotland and she made me a purple on that was a size H cup size...I didn't know they came that big! It was a purse!!!

@janeengland These aren't as hard as they look...especially if you get an underwire one and use hot glue to hold them together...it's actually very easy and they are so fun!

I have just made one bag and it is really lovely, my partner will really like this one, I just have to finish the other one off in the same way, but they are so lovely people have commented on one that I made for myself.

I will have to buy a second bra at a thrift shop, but I already have one of my own that I only wore once. I needed a racer back for a dress, but don't own anything else to wear it with. It's a LaSenza, and I'm pretty well endowed (DD), so it'll be a little bigger than change purse...lol!
