I am a Christian (former Wiccan) mom of 2 sets of twins. I am married to my husband who is a deputy sheriff. I am in college studying for an AAS in Criminal Justice with plans to earn a Bachelor's in Criminalistics and Forensic Science.

I am an EMT-B, volunteer with Search & Rescue, and swap things in many different groups including Post Crossing and Yahoo groups.

My favorite color is purple. I love things that are shiny and/or sparkle. I love butterflies, starfish, seashells, dragonflies, crosses, and exotic flowers like hibiscus or plumerias. I love thing that are tropical (Hawaiian) and I love the scents of Sandalwood and vanilla.

I also collect pretty rocks like crystals, agates, and I like sandcastles. I love gardening, vegetables, herbs, flowers, fruit...it doesn't matter.

I really enjoy cooking from scratch.

I'm a Go Green kinda girl but not a Vegan Femi-nazi...I eat meat and I like it.

I'm all for equal rights NOT based on race or gender or sexual orientation or any other "classification" but rather on actual ability. If you can do "it", great but I don't think you should get it simply because you have boobs or are a minority.

I like girly gothic stuff...cute skulls, glittery skulls, I'm not too in to Sanrio but I think Kuromi is adorable...my kinda girl!

I do NOT like cutsie things: Mickey Mouse, Hello Kitty, Winner the Pooh, Princesses, Disney, etc. I'm not in to kiddy things.

Christian rock and metal. My favorite bands are Demon Hunter, Disciple, Pillar, Day of Fire, Sanctus Real, Flyleaf, and more.

My favorite secular bands are the Big Hair bands...Def Leppard, Poison, Motley Crue, Skid Row, Cinderella, Metallica, Guns N Roses, Ratt, all the "good" music from the late 80's early 90's.

I also LOVE Nickelback, Linkin Park, Shinedown, Creed, Hinder, ZZtop, Beachboys, Matchbox 20, Stone Temple Pilots, The Offspring, Three Days Grace, I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to music.

I usually read my Bible or other Christian based material. I also like looking through recipe magazines, catalogs, whatever. I'm pretty eclectic. I LOVE craft magazines, especially Family Fun. I've recently began dabbling in Vegetarian recipes, homemade products, making clothing, and such.

Since I am in college I enjoy reading about crime related material. I enjoy reading nonfiction stories about high profile serial criminals such as Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, etc. I used to own all sorts of these books but they were lost in a move so now I have to start my collection over... :( If you have any laying around or find some in a rummage sale I'd be HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY to receive them!

I like gangster movies like the Godfather Trilogy, Goodfellas, Casino, Scarface, etc. I also love anything with Nicholas Cage (Con Air, Moonstruck, Raising Arizona, etc.) I like John Travolta, Joe Pesci, Ray Liotta, oh and I can't forget, Robert De Niro!

I usually watch TruTV with my husband who is always watching COPS or some other Law Enforcement themed show. I also like CSI (all of them), Law & Order SVU & CI, Scrubs, House, and so forth.

I like all kinds of crafts. Anything I can do to express my creativity...I have no boundaries and will create with just about anything. ATC's are my favorite-I LOVE seeing what other people come up with, I'm also bettering my sewing skills and began making Mama Cloths and washable nursing pads.

*I am making mama cloths and cloth nursing pads so am currently in need of PUL fabric scraps and nonsynthetic (100% cotton, hemp, bamboo, jersey cotton, flannel, etc.) fabric scraps (4 inches wide by 12 inches long) in a variety of neat patterns.

I am wanting to learn Yoga and am really in to Martial Arts so anything having to do with those two arts is appreciated, be it a used book, DVD, etc. I have studied TaeKwonDo for several years but would like to learn more about weapons. I currently have a bo, a set of kamas and a pair of nunchakus.

Oh, and I collect crosses, moose, and Asian inspired trinkets (small boxes, saucers, cups, vases, etc.) postage stamps (used or not any country), vintage postcards (especially linens and RPPC-especially the tinted romantic postcards (black and white with blue eyes and rosy pink cheeks, etc.)

I welcome anything anyone feels led to send. With four crafty children, one of us is bound to like it and find it useful in our art!
