Description:

Hello postcard fans. This is a really simple postcard swap for the BLANK (unwritten) postcard fan. For this swap we will be sending BLANK (brand new) postcards in an envelope. You will have one (1) partner, and you will need to send 5 (FIVE) blank - unwritten in new condition postcards. That's a total of (5) five postcards you will be sending out as well as receiving! These should be brand new and in an envelope so that your partner can collect them, use them, or trade them in the future!

No handmade, animal, free (Ad) or vintage postcards for this swap. Send cards you would want to receive yourself. You may list preferences, however - it is senders choice what is sent as long as cars are in new/unused condition.

Let's help each other by adding and exchanging lovely postcards for our postcard collections!

You must have a 4.7 rating or better, and no recent 1's or no-sends! Newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile and at least 1 rated swap completed. Swap is international, so - you may send or receive from overseas.

You will have 1 week after swap ends to send out your postcards.

If you have any questions - please ask!

Please no city/state PCs for me as I already have too many that I can't use ... :/

Also, this is marked as an electronic swap ... just a mistake, right? (I don't like doing electronic swaps.) B-)

To my partner: I'm okay with animal cards

I love them all just send me whatever store bought cards you have on hand.

This is a FLAT RATE card swap - not electronic. This has been updated in swap description. Button checked too quickly, I suppose. Sorry for any confusion. You will mail 5 postcards for this swap.

Please - if you receive 5 new postcards - rate a 5. If you love them or get something extra (not required, but it is fun) - please rate a 5 and a heart. Requirement is for 5 blank postcards.... there is no requests for card types. You can list your preferences, but PLEASE DO NOT RATE DOWN if you receive cards you don't like. Just trade them with other swappers or send them as little surprises with future swaps. Sometimes something as small as a postard as a surprise can make somone's day if they were not expeting it. Very important. Keep it happy.

Thanks to everyone in advance who joined this swap!

Hi, I've discovered that some members interpret the term "handmade" differently. Do you consider postcards commercially made by online sites like Zazzle, Snapfish or CafePress store bought or handmade?

viv1972 02/ 9/2011 #

Yes, this is a sticky point for some. So - we will leave it that any postcard made - be it by themselves or through a website is still handmade. For this swap - let's only send cards that are purchased in a store. Thanks for the excellent question. :)
