Description:

I was in a swap (Your Choice, My Choice) where I could request the theme of one of my ATCs. I added video games for my son and my lovely partner made him a Kirby ATC and he was THRILLED! Now he wants to trade ATCs.

You and your child, niece, nephew, little sister or brother, grandchild, small friend etc. will EACH make 1 ATC for a partner and their child for a total of 2 in an embellished envelope. Then repeat for a second family. Please add in the comments section the child's name, gender, age and likes/dislikes. If you are nervous about putting these details online, PM them to your partner by the day after the partners are posted. Please give lots of detail. My son doesn't like making ATCs for another kid unless they are customized! (Awww, how sweet is that!)

******Kid's ATC: Adults may help young (under 5 maybe?) or special needs children with their ATC but let's let them do all or most of it themselves. Please include some drawing on it but stickers are allowed for the kid's version. Include something the other kid likes if possible. Aim for hearts!!

******Adult's ATC: Send any theme but please check your partner's dislikes and don't send those. Feel free to make your ATC for the child too if you wish. Please do not use stickers as your main image; good quality card making or scrapbooking stickers are allowed as embellishements only. Please make something beautiful you are proud of and would be thrilled to receive. Keep the ATC PG and child appropriate as the child will be opening the envelope. Failing to follow this may result in a rating of 3.

******Mailing: PLEASE ADDRESS THE ENVELOPE TO THE KID and embellish the envelope somehow so it looks colourful and exciting to the child. Doesn't have to be elaborate; if you choose, your child may do the embellishing. Stamps, stickers or drawings are great.

******Extras: Hopefully if you send any of the following, your partner will give you a heart. Stickers, a letter about where you live, your family, school, hobbies, pets, sports etc.; a postcard from where you live, a drawing by the child to the other child, craft supplies, a picture of your school or goodies for the parent.

*******SUMMARY******** 1 kid made ATC 1 adult made ATC 1 embellished envelope addressed to the KID! Goodies? Stickers? Letter? Treats? Yes please!

*Please have a 4.95+ rating to join and no 1's EVER or 3's in the last 6 months. I will accept explanations of course, PM me. Newbies are welcome with WELL FILLED out profiles and MUST PM me at least 3 days before the end of the swap to show good intentions. A newbie is someone with less than 5 completed and rated type 2 or 3 swaps. If you see a flaker has joined, don't worry, I will weed them out. If you are really worried, give me a heads up! Flakers will be banned from all of my future swaps and will be added to the flakers group. I will angel the adult ATC, I can probably talk my son or his friend into angeling the kid one.

Enjoy! Rebecca

Is this for one or two partners? Description sounds like one, but swap says two. :) Regardless, I shall join closer to the sign-up deadline - my four year old daughter will LOVE this!

I forgot my own kid! Jameson, age 10, crazy about dogs, soccer, his little brother and most of all video games. Mario, Kirby, sonic, Lego. He also likes the beach, animals, riding his bike, skateboarding and going to the park.

Oh, he hates bugs, pink and flowers!

Would it be alright if I email my partners? I have a niece and nephew who would both be helping me so I'd like to be able to send the interests of one to one partner and the other to my other partner.

I have a younger friend that wants to be my "kid" for the swap. Off the top of my head I know she loves Hello Kitty and Peace signs but please message me if you have us as a partner. I want to double check her interests just to make sure.

My grandson, Saby, is 10 years old and he loves dinosaurs, and most of the popular "guy" things. He's into basketball and baseball and anything from Nickelodeon. This is also his first swap, so his excitement is in the "swapping" more than the getting something specific to his likes.
