About Me

I am an artist/engineer/mom/gardener/recycler. I make most of my mailart, and collages from dumpster treasures we find around this area. The whole family is seriously into resource rescue, and re-use. I love collage, all colors, architecture, Asian art and design, nature, animals of all sorts, photography, mailart, bookarts, paper arts, printmaking, etc. Check out my swapbot, postcrossing, and postcardx cards on flickr.

Please don't buy anything to send me in a swap...I would prefer to get something you made or found. My artwork is 99% Garbage. I use dumpster treasures to make my collages, and to make things I will be sending out. I love the unwanted, the found, the discarded. I would love it, if you made something out of recycled goods too, or send me something you found or recycled. You can tell me some history on any found objects, then I will have a better idea how to use them in my artwork.

In fact, beet greens may even kick spinach to number two on my favorite vegetables list. Hi Sam, That will teach me to not press the "leave group" button - EVER! I accidentily left HPC 2 before the potato print swap had started. And I had already made some sample prints. One big russet down the drain! Glad you liked the RAAK potato print postcard.
