Came back on Jan 2nd...assigned partners...then posted that crap on your profile about you not fulfilling your swaps. That's letting people know? I think not. You should have let people know BEFOREHAND and given them the option of either staying in your swap or dropping out. OR better yet, cancelling the swap altogether.
You call this mature? Leaving people high and dry about in swaps? Hell go get some paper, cut it out to desired size and draw a freakin owl on it and send it out. 4 stamps, doesn't cost that much and you can get that at the post office and not in your craft supplies. I'm sure you can afford to find a pen or pencil, if not buy one, doesn't cost much. Paper doesn't either.
Leaving this way is granting you a lot of ones. You should have taken the MATURE and HONORABLE way out and just cancelled your swaps since you knew YOU weren't going to be able to FULFILL them! Seriously girl...you don't do this to people. Then try to cry poor me on your profile. IT aint working! Sorry hun, YOU screwed up. This is all your fault, not us. I tried to make this right for you and you could have seen that, but you chose to ignore that and go ahead and pull a stupid move. Now 4 different people are out of their swaps that cost all of a stinkin stamp to send! Get your butt in gear, unpack your atc stuff, send it out and then be done with it.
Since you can't delete your account, why not contact Rachel and see if she can help you out? Just explain to her that you no longer feel it necessary to honor your obligations or find angels for the swaps you intend to flake on.
Hi Casey, I've been a member of a lot of your swaps in the past, and I just wanted to say that I am sorry to have you leave, especially because you have decided to flake on the remainder of your swaps. You could have at least tried to find someone to angel for you.... shame.

If you wanted to be mature, do the responsible thing and honor your comittments. Even children know to do that.
