Hi! Yikes that is kind of tough...I think keep it at 3 since that is how the rest has been.
Time wise...perhaps P-R due maybe the second week of December and then don't start the S-U till Jan. sometime?
Or if you decide to just wait and do P-R the end of Dec, just PM/e-mail everyone in the last swap and let them know you'll start it up after the holidays. I think the important thing is for everyone to know we are still going to get to do it if we take a little hiatus for the holiday season.
