I too am interested in names origins and meanings. I also like to find out the origins of old sayings and if they originally had the same meanings as they do now.
I'm afraid I'm a dog person. I don't like cats at all. I think is from being a kid on Gram's farm summers and waking up so many times to the cat rubbing its butt against my face. Fortunately, I am married to a woman who is allergic to cats.
I too am an Alice In Wonderland fan. I have a decent collection of versions and related movies on DVDs.
