About Me

I was born and raised in the Bay Area, California.

Full time Special Educator to junior high school students with mild to moderate learning disabilities.

Busy wife and mama to boy / girl twin toddlers and a Shiba Inu dog. My husband and I enjoyed traveling before the twins. We now do more local road trips with the twins.

Prior to having my twins and living the busy mom life, I worked on Project Life style scrapbooks, pen palling and decorative planner layouts.

Favorite Crafts

--SCRAPBOOKING (Project Life)--

I have completed a Trying To Conceive album, Pregnancy album and several years of Travel albums.

I am currently working on finishing a Project Life 2015 album. Then I will complete an album for the twins' first 6 months.

I hope to eventually finish my wedding and travel albums through 2014. We have been married for 10 years.

--GARDENING--

I have a yellow-green thumb and have been very successful with succulents. I have been propagating plants with leaves and cuttings. I am looking forward to working on creative arrangements. Although I love succulents, I am not a fan of cacti. Last year, I had a decent growing session of edible veggies.

--SEWING--

I started sewing small projects for items around the house. I began sewing items for the twins to save money. Some of those projects for the twins became merchandise in my Etsy shop.

--COOKING--

I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes for my Instant Pot. I am a huge fan of noodles. I like to host themed dinners and parties.

Comment: Thank you for resending tags with less pastel on them--one still had a bit of pastel yellow. Also, the bits were peeling up from both the tags in the resend; maybe due to the rush to get it out? I can fix that though. I know you're new here. Hopefully this hiccup was more of a learning experience about paying attention to swap requirements and dislike lists (for profile-specific swaps anyway) instead of turning you off swapping here. Because you cards are designed rather nicely.

Comment: Thank you so much for your comments! You should try the roses, they are so easy and quick to make! I just made a set of them in the colors of the rainbow for a rainbow sensory tote we are working on. Just checked out your blog and I am following through Google :)
