I USUALLY mail all swaps by swap mail date and expect my partners to do the same. In my opinion it falls under meeting the swap guidelines.

Hehe it took me a while to get them tame i just used to cut their wings and handle them alot or just put them on my keyboard hehe =) I want to bred a lilac one and tame it. But budgies/parakeets are all pretty cute and all different.
