About Me

My name is Devon, I'm 30 years old and I live in Washington state!

I love all things baking related! It's my favorite theme. Cupcakes especially! I would love some fall sprinkles, an autumn candy dish and fall cookie cutters. I also like vintage/retro themes. My kitchen is red/blue.

I like hot cocoa, apple cider. Please nothing spicy when it comes to food/drink though.

I really LOVE chocolate (not so much dark though). I love milk choc, toffee, crunch, coconut, peanut butter, rich chocolate that isn't waxy.

Spa items: nail polish (pinks, reds), chapstick, lotion, hair clips need to be big b/c I have thick hair

Craft/hobby: Want to make a dollhouse bakery! Ribbon, stationary, love cards, handmade items-ETSY, nice stickers, health/celebrity magazines (not really into books), board/card games, camping. Not into cartoon items.

Fav colors: burgundy, purple, peach

Flavor/scent: tropical, vanilla or fruity, allergic to floral scents.

My shop on Etsy: Once Upon A Pedestal. I have gathered new and used plates in all shapes, colors and sizes and matched them with unique bases of different heights to create beautiful trays. These are great for displaying your delicious treats and for holding jewelry, candles or soap.

Comment: thats for the awesome link !! it was so adorable ^-^ my friends and I deemed 2010 to be "the year of the cupcakes" as we started randomly drawing kawaii cupcakes everywhere we go as well as the fact that 4 male friends of mine keep making me cupcakes 0-0 (and one works in a bakery) and ohhhhh they are SO freaking yummy :D

They ae so pretty. Do you also make chocolate candy. Now, that's what I like to do. Especially at Christmas, Easter, Halloween and kind of al year round. I checked out your lovely Etsy shop (isn't Etsy wonderful?) and my favorites are the autumn leaf and the strawberry. I've been into cupcakes lately and I don't have a stand for cakes or cupcakes.

I love chocolate! Oh...and coconut. Yum! You hit the nail on the head - no waxy chocolate. I do love the dark, though, but when I buy some milk chocolate today, I'll think of you. :)

Burgundy was my fav color as a kid. Now I lean more towards chile red, which is in my kitchen.

When you make your dollhouse bakery, would you please send me a picture of it? It sounds like a fun project.

I love WA state - my hubby's daughter lives in Yakima. That makes me sound old, but I'm really only nine years older...ha ha...guess I might be old in your eyes (my half-sister is almost 30 and she's dreading it; me, I loved it. No use dreading the inevitable - just make a new chapter!)

Do you enjoy autumn the most?
