Update as we approach the two year mark of my husband's catastrophic event, with no change, I have decided to move our daughters closer to town. I am currently in the middle of moving the house, the barns and our life of 12 years down the hill by myself. I anticipate that it will take me another month, so I will be not very active until after the move. I will be reachable, just not as quick to answer as I usually am :o) I am a stay at home mom of 2 little girls married to my college sweetheart.. I have three online stores,two on Etsy, one to sell fabulous supplies, vintage treasures and luxury trims. The other to sell my own works and creations. I also have my own website to sell both my artistic supplies and my own handmade whimsies! I love all things vintage! We have just traded our 25 acres of rolling hills in the pines for an 1 1/2 acres of walnut and fruit orchards closer to town and the girls and I are loving it! Life threw us a curve ball 6/22/09 when my 38 year old husband had a cardiac event that sent him into a prolonged coma. He is still unresponsive. I am caring for our daughters myself, visiting my husband in the hospital and maintaining our home and life, in hopes that he can one day return to us.

Scrapbooking, Paper Crafts, Cardmaking, Sewing, Jewelry Making ( I make jewelry from reclaimed vintage findings, swarovski crystal, and vintage buttons), Holiday Crafts I love all things vintage, and if I have a common theme in the things that I make it is that they all either contain something vintage or are vintage inspired. If it is paper arts or scrapbooking I probably have thrown some vintage sheet music or old wallpaper in the mix. If I am sewing I am probably trying to salvage the remains of some vintage textile I have drug home. Some things speak to me right away, and others stay with me for many years before they find their voice.

I love a good chick flick, comedies, I think whenever True Lies is on, I will at least stop and watch a few minutes. The Bourne series, Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts. Oceans 11, 12&13. A good adventure without too many car chases or shooting . Seconhand Lions, Big Fish

Fun stuff for the girls, sizzix dies, rubber stamps, ric rac, vintage shoe rubber stamps, bird cage rubber stamps (I like stamps that are more realistic ie:Tim Holtz style rather than whimsical ie:Debbie Mum) Clock face rubber stamp, cancelled postage rubber stamp, vintage photo/people (realistic) rubber rubber stamps, french themed rubber stamps, other vintage hardware rubber stamps. Hayley is 7 and she is starting second grade. Her favorite color is purple in any shade. She loves bling, and anything girly. She loves Beanie Boos and tiny things.She is outgoing, gregarious, loves crafts and decorating!

Emerson is 5, she loves all the same things as her sister, her favorite color is pink. She is more reserved and her nickname is "Snoodle" do to her snoodly and suspicious nature. She can be incredibly sweet, and loves to pretend and dress up with her sister. She loves Dora the Explorer. My baby just started kindergarten!

They both enjoy snow skiing, having tea parties, dressing up, Fancy Nancy, paper dolls, games, barbies, sparkly things, bling, hair pretties, bubbles, coloring, doing crafts, decorating for holidays, roller skating, roller hockey, the zoo, the park, riding bikes and scooters, watching princess movies, polly pocket, fun bath stuff, gardening things

I do NOT like: character themed things for children (things like stickers ok, but not on clothing or shoes etc), super cutesy things (for me, kids love them though), marshmallows, gummy anything, jello, cucumbers, rap music, call waiting, reality TV, Spongebob, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate or most hot beverages,seed beads, plastic beads, heart shaped things (for kids they are fine or for valentines day), gold or silver colored jewelry findings ( I only use antique brass and antique silver finished findings), ATC, Dottee, Skinny, Inchies etc (It is not that I dislike them, just that I do not do them)
