paper, paper, paper!
I love reclaimed and recycled materials.
I really appreciate handcrafted cards.
If it's old, I'll probably love it.
I make a lot of envelopes from found images and papers.
I really like old medical and/or anatomy sketches and illustrations.
I like bird images - but not in cages.
I like bird cage images - if they are empty.
People often find me intense. I'm definitely a glass half empty person... but how can we laugh about it and fill it up?!
My preferred colors are dark blues, purples, browns and greens. Lighter colors in natural hues.
I like ferns and vintage botanical sketches/drawings.
I'm late coming to the craft table.
I love bees and other interesting insects.
I really like typography and cool fonts.
I love trees and images of trees. (especially once they've lost their leaves!)
I have a crazy attachment to the number 8!
I LOVE Saxton Freymann's stuff.
I loved mail even before I started carrying the mail for the USPS. (I have a small walking route in a small, rural town, which I love.)
I love dogs - I have 3! - and I love goats - but, I don't have any.
I share my home with my husband who puts out a monthly newspaper in our small, rural Oregon town.
I love being in the forest (temperate rainforest, preferably).
I really like Steampunk.
I have a garden and enjoy it very much. I like some crafty garden stuff, but not all the pop stuff I see everywhere.
I love dark, strong, black coffee. (Organic, Fair trade of course, never flavored)
I love Halloween, but I don't really like to dress up.
I love ginger candy.
I don't wear cosmetics or nail polish.
I have just begun playing with metals.
I love the sound of the banjo, and I hope to learn to play the one I have here taking up space!
I care deeply about economic justice and want to see it develop here and around the world.
I reuse whenever I can. I do not see the value in consuming or consumerism as a lifestyle. I believe there is great value in living within ones means. I value relationships and seeing how all the events/exchanges in our lives can be used to know and understand each other more deeply.
Oh yeah, and I like beer. Good, dark beer.

Welcome to Swapbot. I noticed you list under your favorite movies, Kill Bill right next to Mary Poppins. What a combination! :) I'll be sending you a junk mail PC.
