Hi, I'm Aki. I live in Tokyo, Japan. I'm a mother of two, a girl named Yae (2 years old) and a boy named Zen, born in November 2010.
I like scrapbooking, collage, stamping, sewing, jewelry making, crocheting, spinning (making art yarn), collecting and trading disney pins (I love Chip and Dale), photography, traveling, learning foreign languages.
I speak Japanese, English, German (not so fluent), and very very little Spanish. Other languages I've ever learned are French, Chinese, Korean.
My favorite colors are: pink, red, purple, gold, white, black, brown, teal, mint
I like the style of vintage and shabby chic.
anything vintage - ephemera, home decor, fabric, lace, etc.
pom-pom trim, lace, rickrack
cabochons, beads, metal charms, jewelry findings
felt rovings, batts for spinning
scrapbooking supplies, especially hambly studios and K&Co products
candies (my favorite flavors are mint and chocolate - chocolate-mint is perfect! I also like starburst)
dies for die-cutting machines (I have Sizzix big shot)
stamps (I prefer unmounted ones, and used stamps in good condition are fine for me), embossing powder
sealing stamps and wax
postage stamps, especially Christmas-themed ones (and I also collect animal stamps)
children's books for my daughter (she loves fairies, animals and disney characters. and now she is very interested in learning alphabet, so a book for teaching alphabet would be great.) *old paperback children's books in used condition would also be good, they can be used in my collage projects :)
labels, flash cards, tickets, milk caps,,, anything can be used for collage
French / French inspired stationery
Martha Stewart punches (used is fine)
anything hello kitty - I already have a lot
and, don't send me chocolates in summer, they would melt on their way to me. (In winter I would loooove to receive chocolates!)
If you need anything below and have some of the items on my wishlist, please contact me :)
anything hello kitty and other sanrio characters
Japanese masking tape (washi paper tape)
petit Blythe dolls - I've got rid of collecting them but I still have some.
