I am a full-time wife to an amazing husband and a full-time mom to a beautiful daughter and a baby boy... and I work full time as a communications manager, just started a home-based business with Uppercase Living and work part time (?) to help keep our lawn business up and running. (Yes, if you are out and about, that's me, the tall blond on the Walker mower!) In a nutshell: I am a busy -- but VERY HAPPY -- gal! :)

I really enjoy scrapbooking.... but have not been able to make much time for it. I still love all the papers and doo-dads and make my own cards now and again! I do some digital scrapbooking once in a while, too! And I love rubber stamps and ink and have been exploring all the fun things to do with that! I also like to paint, but so far, it's just been at Sips n' Strokes, where I have a guide and all the materials ready for me! ;)
I used to cross stitch a lot, but I'm not too talented with sewing, knitting or otherwise.
I also just like to DO crafty things myself, like make frames, wreaths, jewelry, bookmarks, ornaments, etc.etc.

I love chocolate brown, sage green and cranberry colors. My house is FULL of them! But I wear a lot of charcoal and gray and ONLY silver jewelry. I also love polka-dots, stripes, toille and damask patterns! I love chocolate (especially dark chocolate, Dove, Bliss and Cadbury), taffy, Peeps, gummies and just about any type of candy! ;) And I can't live without lemonade, cheesecake and hot chocolate! Other likes include: Disney (I used to work there, and I collect Disney pins and all things Eeyore), Boyds bears, scented candles, animals (ladybugs, butterflies, giraffes, penguins, pandas, dogs, turtles), frames, purses and marcasite jewelry.
I am a Christian. My favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas. I love collecting quotes; I have many books of favorite quotes, and I have words and phrases displayed all over my home! (Thanks, in part, to my Uppercase Living business!) And I love baking desserts and doing little things for people to make them smile!

We have not had cable TV in our house (by choice) for over 3 years, so we don't spend too much time in front of the talking box. I do love surfing the web, however. I blog a lot and enjoy shopping online and/or through catalogs.
I also like spending time outdoors... even just sitting outside in nice weather is great! I LOVE to read (I am a magazine junky, but I also try to make time read at least one book every 2 months). I sometimes ride my bike with my husband, fish or kayak. We also take aikido together. I'm now a blue belt! ;) I'm a neat freak, so I enjoy tidying and organizing.... or at least I enjoy the results of tidying and organizing! And most of all, I love spending time with my family!

Ok, just in case, here are some things I do NOT like at all: licorice, raisins, coffee or any coffee-like flavors, tea (hot or iced!), the color red, unicorns, fairies, pens with blue ink, spiders, lipstick, gold jewelry and most vegetables!
