I intentionally grew chia seeds in water. Bought them from TJ's to eat in my yogurt cups and add to smoothies. Noticed one glass with water in it had green strings. Was confuzzled until I saw green strings sprouted from chia seeds. Kinda cool. Btw, those seeds mixed with coconut milk and a bit of honey make a tasty pudding :).
