I'm a full-time mom, I used to like to cook although I'm questioning whether I still do....I love vintage-y goodness(like anything old and flower-y, anything in a great color, I LOVE vintage fabric and findings, anything cute and vintage-y for my daughter like little animal figurines that are old or cute old little clothes, right now she wears a modern-day 3T ), sparkly things, making things like jewelry and quilts(with funky vintage fabric and cards. I miss living in New Orleans!!! I love anything bright, festive, unusual, unique, anything actually from New Orleans like a vintage souvenir. My fave colors are vintage pink, aqua and orange...and yelllow.....And I really like Fleur-de-lis. GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My fave crafty activities include making quilts and baby blankets. Sewing is fun, but I don't know if I'm really very good at it. I love collage and card making. I LOVE taking pictures. Anything card related gets me going and using vintage papers and magaines and stuff to collage is my fave. I like making jewelry but I am particular about the stuff I use, I don't really like plastic beads.

My fave author is Carson McCullers (even though she was never awarded any medals for exceptional writing ) and my best-y, Emily Davis (who one day will be awarded many many medals including a Pulitzer for her 1st book of short stories....) I love finding vinage books at the thrift store for my daughter and also classic children's books for her. We also like cook books, vegetarian and anything with lots of good pictures is great with me.

I do like some soap operas like GH, One Life to Live and AMC. I definately don't watch them every day, though. I like Oprah, too. I like to watch re-runs of The Hills and The Office. I like Ugly Betty and even though that is a very recent thing, it might be one of my fave shows. I like SYTYCD and Idol.

We don't have cable and I try not to watch too much TV but I am one of those people that likes the background noise. Oh and GLEE!!!
