About Me

I knit, crochet, paint and occasionally mix everything together, usually with mixed results... Always wanting to try something new and and generally disappointed that there aren't enough hours in the day to do everything I'd like.

I live in a beautiful area of Southern California just north of Los Angeles. 20 minutes to the city - but look out my window at the National Forest.

I've been in business for 10 years making hand painted children's furniture and decorative accessories.

Anything Tibetan/Nepalese/Himalayan. Silver, not Gold. Tea - especially dragon pearl. Plaids. Stripes. Pattern mixing. Things with lots of texture. Caramel. International Foods - the spicier the better! Baking - trying to perfect my skills. Interesting spice mixes and blends. Bath products - that smell really good!

Response: Hi there! Sorry to be so long responding - I've been out of town. The "stuff" is Liquid Embossing by All Night Media. It's the clear color put over a rubber stamp that I did in green then cut out. The dots on top are done with a paint pen. I love the liquid embossing stuff - it can be used in lots of different ways & is really fun to experiment with. It's pretty easy to find online. Hope you find some fun ways to use it! Best wishes!
