Hi dar! I'd also like to know where mail goes when if doesn't end up at it's proper destination...maybe the mail deliverer gets really curious and keeps it?! Maybe it goes into the wrong mailbox and someone else opens it and keeps it...maybe it's like losing a sock in the washer when you know you washed the pair...there is a snail mail black hole or little postal gremlin that keeps packages. That's my theory.
