NEWS:: Hello everyone! I am back. I've had a really rough go at it the past few months. Other than getting married, moving, and going on my honeymoon, I also managed to lose my job and have not yet been able to find a new one. If there are any swaps that didn't make it to their destination or that I did not send out over this time, please let me know and I will try to send as soon as possible. In the mean time I will sign up for some light/cheap swaps to help get my creative juices flowing again. Sorry to everyone for the inconvenience.

STATUS:: 28 years old, Canadian. Just got married on September 12, 2009. We went to Cuba on our honeymoon, and I loved the weather and wish we didn't have to come back to the cold weather here in Ontario.

WORK:: I am currently unemployed, and looking to register my pet sitting business. Though I've just moved so I need to get all new customers. Working hard and diligently.

PETS:: I have two cats Champ and Sampson, and 4 parrots: Tiki, Wuzo, Pearl, and Twizzler. My dear Nipper passed away in May 2009 and I miss him very much. He was a 10 year old handicapped Red Rump Parakeet They are all rescues, except for Twizzler who I acquired at a pet store. My husband and I also have an aviary of 52 breeding birds, and we just got 2 hermit crabs to remind us of Cuba!

I usually send my swaps out on the deadline date, sometimes earlier. I make one or two trips to the post office weekly

I LOVE MOVIES!! 12 Monkeys, 21 Grams, Dirty Dancing, Step Up, Grease, Ghost World, Donnie Darko, Music & Lyrics, The Notebook, The Guardian, Girl Interrupted, Saw series, Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Die Hard series, The Recruit, Wedding Crashers (this movie is hysterical). Also recently loved Chronicles of Narnia (both so far) and Sex and the City: the movie! Pride and Glory, Bridget Jones, TWILIGHT.

I like a variety of bands/singers. Theory of a Deadman, Rex Goudie, Jace Everett, Hedley, 1980-1990's Bon Jovi, Fergie, The Pussycat Dolls, Nickelback, James Blunt, Stabilo, Kylie Minogue, K-OS, Amanda Marshall, Sublime, GnR, etc

TRUE BLOOD!!

Not much television catches my attention these days. My fave show of all time is Law and Order: Special Victims Unit. I own every episode on DVD.

I am recently addicted to True Blood, and can't get enough of it.

Also watch Dog Town, and the Dog Whisperer, when I get a chance on TLC.

Other older favorites: Six Feet Under, Dead Like Me, My So-Called Life (kicking it old school).

I don't read often, but these books I picked up and couldn't put down! I quite literally read them in a matter of days:

If you are looking for items to send me for lucky parcels, or profile related swaps, here are just some ideas:

• black schnauzer figurines
• coloured duct tape (blue, red, etc)
• Cuttlebug die cutters (will trade!) especially ones of animals (deer, squirrels, owls, dogs, cats, etc)
• notecards (can never have too many!)
• dogs rabies tags (used) and dog license tags (and cats too!)
• old and even rusty keys and small knobs
• black eye ink or black colorbok ink for stamping
• large foam chalk daubers (the ones with wooden handles are the best)
• tear drop chalks
• crows and ravens
• scrabble letters or look-a-likes
• hand sanitizers from bath and body works
• clear acrylic stamps esp. of cars & stars (looking for muscle car, and sports car)
• used postage stamps with bird / animal images
• thick white ATC blanks
• Handmade Twilight stuff
