Who am I?

Non-smoking, Virgo crafter who loves to drink coffee & tea while chatting online. I own plants & kids, but no pets, and together with my hubby own a cozy home with yard and privacy fence. Amazon-ish in stature (5' 9" and big-boned :o), I am in favor of togas and flip-flops...but my boss doesn't agree. If I had no responsibilities, it would be great fun to live as a gypsy, busking for bucks on the street corner and at local fairs. Alas, the government prefers I pay taxes. For now, I'll keep my day job. Oh, and I like swapping!

From what I hear, I'd really like the Fast & Furious movies.
Time to check them out (from the library, of course!).

No drama & horror movies for me. There's enough of that in the real world.

We have lots of instruments in our house, but the ones I practice on every now and again are: Trumpet, Baritone (my forte), Keyboard, Tin Whistle (my newest find).

DESIGNS: Think Old World, India-n patterns, Mexican tiles, Mediterranean mosaics, Nautical Stars, French-y flourishes, mazes/labyrinths, Cloisonne, Stained Glass and Zentangles.

COLORS: Not a fan of neon. Other than that, surprise me.

PERSONAL STYLE: Casual. I am a blue jeans and tank top girl. Hair in a scrunchie, flip-flops & bracelets. Dressing up means adding some toe rings and searching high and low for my makeup bag. I try not to do this very often.

Thank you so much to the lovely ladies who made the trip to Central Ohio this June. So many talented ladies in one room...it was wonderful!

This event was so much fun that before we rapped things up, there was already talk of a Meetup 2011. Woohoo!!! I can't wait!
