I'm sorry I am late on some swaps but I've been in hospital and haven't been able to make contact yet but everything went out yesterday. I hope it won't take too long to arrrive. I am sorry for the delay. This is my second spell in hospital this year so I'm hoping things start to look up now. - February 5th Josephine
I just want to apologise to anyone waiting on a swap from me. I am not very well at the moment and so some things are late going out but everything is on it's way now.
I'm a 55 year old woman living in Scotland with my dog Barney. He is 12 and is a Collie Cross but he looks just like a giant Jack Russell. I no longer work due to ill health. I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, asthma, some mental health problems, underactive thyroid and now diabetes. :

With the diabetes it would probably be better not to send any edibles or drinks with sugar in them eg hot chocolate. If you can find the sugar free versions that would be great.
A word about extras. What I really want to say is please don't ever feel you must send me extras to get a heart. A well made, carefully thought out and nicely presented swap is more likely to get a heart from me. I don't mean to be ungrateful to those who send extras. I do appreciate them but I never want anyone to feel compelled to send me extras.
