March 22nd 2013 - about the 3s These have come at a time when I have been very ill and in hospital. Many and grateful thanks to all those who have been so kind and understanding. I think I will take a break from Swap-bot till I feel a bit better. At the moment I just don't have the energy and cannot cope with the stress of deadlines but I will be back later.

Update March 17th - everyting that should be sent out is now on it's way. Thank you for your patience and understanding everyone.

March 5th - I am home at last and feeling much better. All swaps will be on their way a.s.a.p.

I Feb 25th -still in hospital and expect to be here at least another week. Sorry everyone and thank you for your patience Everything will come when I get out. am in hospital now and will sort everythig out when i get home I will not flake just unable to complete swaps just now but they will come also not vry clever with this blackberry so hope this makes sense

14th February 2013 - I'm not very well at the moment and have got a bit behind on some swaps and mixed up on dates for others and am really behind with ratings. i'm very sorry but I will sort it all out. Just might take me a bit longer. I have messaged as many partners as I could. if anyone wants details feel free to PM me.

About my 3 - My partner is right it was late but I was really quite ill with the mental health stuff and whilst I can't say I didn't know what I was doing I wasn't quite engaged with the world either. I would ask you to please look at my number of fives and my number of hearts. My health does get in the way sometimes but I never ever flake and swap-bot is one of the things that is therapuetic for me. On the same token if you're ever going to be late on a swap with me just let me know and then don't worry about it. I won't rate down.

I'm a 57 year old woman living in Scotland with my dog, Barney who is 13 and is a Collie Cross but he looks just like a giant Jack Russell. I no longer work due to ill health. I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, asthma, some mental health problems, underactive thyroid and now diabetes. :

Fried eggs they way my aunt made them :>) - all eggs in the pan, then cut into squares depending on the number of people there!

With the diabetes it would probably be better not to send any edibles or drinks with sugar in them eg hot chocolate. If you can find the sugar free versions that would be great.

A word about extras. What I really want to say is please don't ever feel you must send me extras to get a heart. A well made, carefully thought out and nicely presented swap is as likely to get a heart from me. I don't mean to be ungrateful to those who send extras. I do appreciate them but I never want anyone to feel compelled to send me extras.
