Hi, folks. I'm interested in photography, music, genealogy, arts & crafts, and getting mail from around the world. I'm also hooked on my computer, which explains why I don't get more done in other areas! I love animals in general, and cats in particular.

Yes!! Lots! Country, blues, singer/songwriter folky stuff, 60s-70s oldies, classic R&B, classical and world music. I'm always open to discovering something new as well. Collecting music seems to be a compulsion with me. I have far more than I could ever listen to.

Mysteries, thrillers, cookbooks, history, biography and memoirs.

I love the occasional music documentary that shows up on PBS or elsewhere. There aren't many shows I watch on a regular basis, although I'm enjoying "The Mentalist" lately.

Knitting, cross-stitch, collage, and photography. I'm a beginner at making ATCs and find it fascinating. I love working with colors. I'm doing my first plastic canvas project (the ubiquitous Kleenex box holder) but think I'll get back to cross-stitch after this.

Movies with good characterizations (as opposed to just lots of action.) Car chases and explosions don't do much for me. I'm especially fond of films set in historical times.

I collect paper ephemera that I use for making collages. This includes any interesting old paper such as advertisements, menus, old photos, used postcards, old handwritten letters (with or without the envelopes, in any language), old sheet music, old book pages, and calendars with eye-grabbing art or photos. I also love stickers, bookmarks (handmade or otherwise), pens, stationery, nice smelling soaps and candles, and silly things that make me laugh. Or..... just surprise me!
