food/outdoor markets
educational/interesting facts
vintage
funny/cheerful/cute
glaciers
fish
maps {of course!}

i am retired, volunteer & hard-of-hearing, so reading books, magazines & the internet help me pass the time enjoyably! otherwise, i like walking & getting out to possibly find little surprises & inspiration if i had cable tv with captions, i would be hooked on true-crime stories & docu- mentaries ... trying to learn anything & figure out what this world's about!

unfortunately, i am not much an artist, but i cherish creativity & do my best with snails on a limited budget (my splurge in life is simply "postage" for trading with many good people all over the world!)
