I was born in 1962 in Bath UK, and live now in Worcestershire. I have a degree in Social Policy. I like teal, greens, blues and spring colours. In the autumn I go to golds and russetts. I have a miniature schnauzer and an elderly cat.

Favorite Crafts

I am an avid knitter. I like to crochet too! I knit a lot of socks for a while, but like other phases this passed and now it's lace!Swapping probably won't pass- I love it!

Right now Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, Waking the Dead, Have I got News for You, period dramas.

Comment: What a Great Package! I DO love peach, so the color is not a problem for me and I love the fact that the yarn is cotton. So I'm very happy with the yarn. I've even got an idea for what to do with some of it. (Honestly, I was worried that I would get some really UGLY yarn.) And the wax tarts were a nice surprise as well. Thanks so much!

Comment: Alison, you are such a star! I missed the postman of Friday & had to wait till this morning to get my parcel, but it was worth every minute of the wait. I loved the original touches - the little wirework pieces are superb and I shall be listening to Agatha this afternoon whilst I stitch.
