I have had to pay postage due on more swaps than I care to admit. If your swap comes postage due I will not pay for it...it will be sent back and you will receive a 1 until I receive your swap with the proper postage. If the mailman leaves it with a postage due envelope I'll pay for it but you will get a three from me. Make sure your postage is correct!
