Nurse,Wife and Mother of 3 children. Love animals (I have 2 dogs, a cat, a bunny and some fish) and gardening and crafting. My favorite color is salmon and bubble gum pink, but I also love earthy autumn colors. I knit and crochet, but prefer knitting. Knitting socks with double pointed needles is my favorite hobby, they're just so transportable. I prefer wooden and bamboo needles and hooks, but will also use plastic and metal at times. I prefer soft natural fibers and yarns to synthetic. I do however like to use acrylics for afghans and items that will be washed frequently. I have started a local chapter of Warm up America here where I live, so I can always use extra acrylic yarn. I love to read and I guess right now Nicholas Sparks (The Notebook author) has captured my attention. Love a good dramatic love story and a cup of tea in the winter with my warm knitted socks on my feet:). I love all tea and coffee and chocolate (who doesn't!) and all kinds of girly pampering stuff bath and body works, yankee candles, etc.
