Hello there!

My name is Livvy and I live in England with my family and hyperactive but loveable pet Labrador. I’m currently studying for my degree in Product design and Graphic design.

I’m pretty sure I'm addicted to Swapbot...I love to send thoughful, fun packages to the lovely people I'm meeting on here, and get so excited to see a letter or package drop through my letterbox! I spend most of my free time crafting, making jewellery from felt and glass as well as a bit of painting, printing and batik. I’d love to learn how to knit... maybe my new year’s resolution? Update - i'm learning, YAY!! :D Any tips, tricks or advice would be greatly received!

My biggest passion is photography and I carry my camera everywhere. I recently bought a fisheye lomo camera- so much fun! I love being outdoors and photographing nature, flowers and trees which inspire my crafting and make me feel happy :) I also play piano and love to cook (especially cupcakes...mmm!) and I volunteer in my spare time teaching children to draw and paint in a local school.

My fave films are Harry Potter and anything by Tim Burton. I love Disney films and forgot to act my age when I visited Disneyland... I’d love a dream career in illustration or animation and am inspired by children’s book illustrations such as Roald Dahl, Moomins, Alice in Wonderland and Beatrix Potter. I’d love to get into screenprinting and love paper cutting art, like the work of Rob Ryan. I hope to learn how to use a Gocco machine one day.

My favourite colour is blue, especially turquoise and I have a mostly blue/black/grey/white wardrobe of clothes. I love to travel though I have a fear of flying, and my dream holiday would be to see the Northern Lights. Learning about different cultures fascinates me and I love studying maps of different places (i'd love to see where you live!)

I collect stationary (sets, pens and deco tape), snow globes and pretty keyrings. My favourite animals are birds and woodland creatures and fave flowers are roses... I love the smell of mown grass, rain and chocolate and I think snow in the winter is magical :)

Vampire or gothic stuff (though I like skulls), coffee, meat (I’m vegetarian), religious stuff, liquorice, marshmallow, most perfumes and cream (i have v.sensitive skin), too much pink and glitter, marzipan, no bright make-up (I have very very pale skin and they just don't suit me!) :(

Firstly and most importantly... I’m not a flaker. I joined Swapbot because I get a great feeling from sending and receiving lovely things in the post. I take a lot of effort and care in putting parcels and letters together for my partners and enjoy reading their profiles over and over to ensure I send things I think they’ll love!
