This is for the "Profile Comment & Bday Mail Extra Credit" Swap:

My most memorable birthday I had was when i was 23 years old. I don't usually have a big celebration for my birthday but I would at least have a nice meal with friend or family. However, I was abroad studying in Switzerland that year so I had to celebrate my birthday alone. I made it enjoyable and took myself on a day trip to a nearby town.

To make things more interesting, I challenged myself to only spend $23 that day and had food at a Thai restaurant, which I was severely craving for some Asian food. I was also very happy to find a small Asian market that had my favourite instant noodles!
