Well, let's see:
I live in beautiful eastern Ontario (Lanark County for those of you in the know). My iPod has early rock 'n roll,and Blues, Emmy Lou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, Maria Muldaur, Melissa Etheridge, Daniel Langlois...you get the idea...mystery stories are my favourite read;I love movies and go to the Montreal Film Festival every summer;I prefer the radio to TV (3 cheers for the CBC). I prefer teenagers to pre-schoolers (weird eh?), I love road trips, but hate driving! I love G&T and hate beer; I love Mediterranean food (but I don't like cooking); I love the jewel colours, but hate black, grey, beige. I have done all kinds of needle work for years (I hate to be idle). I have been married for a long time to the same man, have 4 children (only 1 left at home)2 cats,and a West Highland puppy called Alfie. I am a former teacher (English)I loved my students, the subject and teaching, but hated the system. I love this swap idea. I like and dislike many other things too numerous to mention. So, there you have it! Oh, one more thing...I collect anything with the World Wildlife Federation logo. You know - the one with the little round panda.
