I am an English teacher, teaching in a high school in Caterham, Surrey, England.
I love anything creative, homemade and beautiful. I am particularly inspired by vintage crafts using mixed media at the moment and am drawn to birds, fairies, butterflies, Marie Antoinette, alice in wonderland, Martha Stewart, French style, gold, pink, baby blue, CHRISTMAS! I have just bought my first apartment and have been spending all of my time and money making it look as fabulous as possible.

I have a really sweet tooth and my taste in smells kinda match that too. I love chocolate and candy, cakes, cookies (all the bad stuff!) My favourites are chocolate seashells. I like Christmassy smells, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla pine etc. I also like fruity smells, strawberry, raspberry and cherry. I love Laduree Macarons... both the taste of the macarons as well as the packaging.

PINK! most shades but I prefer paler, dusky, vintage shades. I like lilac, baby blue, gold, red, and sage green. Mainly pastel shades. I have just decorated my beautiful apartment and have a pastel pink living room and a pale blue bedroom. I like rich, vintage fabrics like velvet, satin, silk. Anything with ribbons attracts my eye! I like ornate things with beads, gems and glitter (in moderation). I like paper crafts, Victorian decoupage, old music books, greetings cards (particularly Valentines).
I like embroidered things, although I can't embroider myself. Lace, ornate trims and braids.

Anything with strawberry or cherry theme/print, Butterfly/fairy stickers, embelishments, Pretty stationary, Glitter, Beads, Christmas ornaments - need to start collecting now I have my own place. Baking/ Kitchen accessories and cupcake related items. (cupcake cases, sprinkles, food colouring, moulds, teatowels, anything pretty or vintage looking!) Fairy tale themed items and books, Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland are my favourites! Tinkerbell! Fawns or Bambi items. Kawaii - Little Stars mainly! Vintage linens - teatowels, napkins, handkerchiefs Vintage books, postcards, letters, sheet music etc. Things with hearts on or heart-shaped items. French/Parisian related items or with French text on them. Velvet ribbon. Felt cupcakes, cherries, strawberries, candy. Altered art ATCs, journals, inchies, boxes etc. :)
