Thank you for the the great postcards of the NM Capitol building and Pueblo Bonito. I just actually received a card of Mesa Verde from one of the non-specific postcard swaps. It looks really cool too. Your Capitol building is very interesting and looks like it fits into a desert environment. Hope your cards arrive soon.

The paint is acrylic, I use empty nail polish pens rather than a paintbrush. I used to do nail art so I have a ton, a bugger to clean out but so useful! They have really fine nibs so they're great for fine detail like eyelashes! I don't have the patience for embrodiering them!
Yes the felt is wool, I thought it was fairly thin myself! The acyrlic stuff is much thicker here! I hate working with acrylic felt though, the wool is much softer and silkier!

Anyway, I think you definately deserved to win the cute award the little leprechaun was just darling!!! My entry was pretty poor actually, I don't know why I didn't do something else to be honest!!!
I shall send you some ATC blanks of the artists paper's I use with your dotee so you can try out some different papers - I have tonnes!!
I love the fact you used illustrations from the books for your inspiration. I have never seen the characters portayed that way so it was a lovely insight!!
I also love the fact you used different techniques, and I agree that the Armless Hammerhead looks great black and white. So glad you explained about that one though, when I saw it I wondered what on earth it was until I read your letter - bit like the Clanger incident heehee!!!
And thank you ever so much for the pencils, I cannot wait to try out the blender!! Hopefully I'll get a chance this weekend, touch wood! Your dotee is nearly there, I was working away on it at the weekend but then I got distracted by my PCs death and having to buy a new one (thank god for credit cards!) and am still setting it and installing everything now!!
