About Me

I am a science nerd! I teach high school biology and my husband is a wildlife biologist. We have a great 6 year old daughter who (fortunately) loves animals.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS:

Animals-- bats are my favorite, but I love anything to do with any wild animal.

Colors-- purple and green

Music-- female folk singers, alt. rock, classic rock (and Euro pop!). Lately I've been enjoying The Killers a lot.

Crafts-- spinning and knitting, but really I love it all. Oh, and I've just gotten into throwing pottery (on a wheel, not across the room).

Food-- anything vegetarian, but I'm allergic to eggplant :(

Books-- Sci-fi, but I like it all (well, not really mysteries or romance).

A FEW OF MY LEAST FAVORITE THINGS: The color orange, overtly religious stuff, things with farm animals, guns/drugs/violent imagery.

Comment: I'm assuming, since you're the only one left in my partners, that you sent the Horchata recipe. There is no identification on the card so I'm using process of elimination.
