I am having really bad mail problems here too...second time this year. I filled out complaint forms at the post office the other day...big mess...especially for here at swap-bot!! I wish you luck with your problems! From one fellow swapper to another it sucks!

I think she might be leaving.. The letter I got from her last week stated pretty much she wouldn't be participating anything international as couldn't afford it, blah blah blah. I can't believe she's rating people for swaps back from 2008
I just noticed the rating you left on NickyStratton. She just completely ruined my perfect rating too without communication and looks like we're not the only ones...
